Je nach angestrebter Sortierung ergeben sich Kopfgewichte von 0,8 bis 2,0 kg. Das frischgrüne Produkt mit attraktiv gelber Innenfarbe ist sehr mild im Geschmack mit besonderer Süße. Spitzkohl wie Sonsma verkörpert unter den Kopfkohlen das besonders junge und frische Gemüse.
